# Washington State - November 3, 2026 General Election # Combined Conservative and Faith-Based Voter Guide Recommendations (Statewide + All 39 Counties) Compiled October 25, 2026 from the guide list at https://vote.govcheck.org/ (page title "Conservative Voter Guides | Washington State", on GovCheck.org) and the guides that page links to. This single file reproduces what each guide says, shows which guides agree and which disagree, and tells you exactly where each recommendation came from. It does not add recommendations of its own. ## TABLE OF CONTENTS - Section 0: READ THIS FIRST (instructions for AI assistants and readers) - Section 1: Election dates and official voting tools - Section 2: The guides (source codes, who wrote each, how they decide, links) - Section 3: How to read the agreement labels - Section 4: At a glance (statewide consensus, conflicts, counts) - Section 5: STATEWIDE contests (initiatives, Supreme Court, other statewide/regional) - Section 6: CONGRESSIONAL districts (CD 1-10) - Section 7: LEGISLATIVE districts (LD 1-49, only those with any recommendation) - Section 8: COUNTY BY COUNTY (all 39 counties, alphabetical) - Section 9: DISAGREEMENT REGISTER (every conflict, internal inconsistency, and 'no recommendation' gap in one place) - Section 10: Coverage gaps and limitations (including guides that could not be retrieved) - Appendix A: Name spelling variants - Appendix B: Other links on the FPIW page - Appendix C: Retrieval log ## SECTION 0: READ THIS FIRST PURPOSE: Let a person (or an AI assistant) answer questions such as "Who do the conservative / faith-based voter guides recommend for Sheriff in Spokane County?", "Do the guides agree on Initiative 645?", or "Where do the guides disagree in my legislative district?" INSTRUCTIONS FOR AN AI ASSISTANT USING THIS FILE: 1. Find the user's county (Section 8), legislative district (Section 7) and congressional district (Section 6). If the user does not know their districts, the county section lists the districts that the guides tie to that county; the official lookup is VoteWA (see Section 1). 2. Report what EACH guide says and name the guide. Never say "the guides recommend X" unless the status label is AGREE, and say how many guides and which ones. If the label is CONFLICT, present every side and who holds it. Do not pick a winner. 3. SILENCE IS NOT OPPOSITION. A guide that does not list a race has simply not made a recommendation (or does not cover that area). Only items marked "no recommendation" are explicit declines (King County GOP, Vic's Picks, the Pierce County list, Mike's Picks). 4. All guides in this file come from conservative, Republican-aligned, or faith-based sources (see Section 2). No progressive, nonpartisan, or newspaper-editorial guides are included. Agreement among these guides does not mean agreement among all voters or all guides that exist. 5. Candidate names, seat numbers, and measure numbers are as the guides print them (spellings normalized; variants in Appendix A). Tell the user to confirm names and positions against their own ballot / voters' pamphlet. Guides can be updated after this file was compiled. 6. This file does not endorse any candidate or measure. The vote.govcheck.org page itself states: "GovCheck.org shares the guides above for Washington voters and does not endorse candidates for public office." FPIW Action states the same about its own voting page. 7. Quote the source code(s) shown after each recommendation when citing. Source codes are defined in Section 2. 8. Suggested answer shape: (a) the race and where it appears on the ballot; (b) what each guide says, by name; (c) the agreement label in plain words ("all N guides that cover this race agree" / "the guides disagree: ..." / "only one guide covers this race"); (d) any warning or note lines; (e) a reminder to verify on the voter's own ballot. SNAPSHOT: All guides were retrieved on October 25, 2026 (the election is November 3, 2026). Guide update stamps seen at retrieval: Pastor's Picks flipbook titled "UPDATED 10.23"; King County GOP "last updated 9 hours ago"; We Believe We Vote "updated October 12, 2026"; Mike's Picks "Last Updated September 8, 2026"; Pastor Adam's post about 6 days old. The other guides show no date. ## SECTION 1: ELECTION DATES AND OFFICIAL VOTING TOOLS (From the vote.govcheck.org page, which cites the Washington Secretary of State: https://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/elections-calendar/dates-and-deadlines) - October 16, 2026: Counties mail ballots. Registered voters do not need to request one. - October 26, 2026: Last day for online and mailed registration (to arrive). In person, you can register through Election Day. - November 3, 2026: ELECTION DAY. Drop boxes close at 8 p.m. Mailed ballots must be postmarked that day. - Track your ballot / check registration / see your ballot (VoteWA): https://voter.votewa.gov/ - Full election calendar: https://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/elections-calendar/dates-and-deadlines - King County only: register/update https://olvr.votewa.gov/ ; ballot tracking and drop boxes https://info.kingcounty.gov/kcelections/vote/myvoterinfo.aspx - Pursuit PAC also offers: legislator/district lookup, drop-box map, and observer info at https://pursuitunited.org/govt/voter-guide - FPIW Action voter resources: https://fpiwaction.org/voting-resources/ (candidate look-up by county: https://fpiwaction.org/county-candidate-look-up/ ; who represents you: https://fpiwaction.org/find-who-represents-you/ ; legislative district map: https://fpiwaction.org/legislative-map/) ## SECTION 2: THE GUIDES (SOURCE CODES) The vote.govcheck.org page lists SIX guides (Tier 1). The FPIW Action page on that list links to additional guides; the ones that could be read are included as Tier 2 so that more disagreement can be seen. Tier is only about how the guide reached this file, not about quality or weight. ### TIER 1 - Guides listed directly on https://vote.govcheck.org/ **[PP] Pastor's Picks** - Pastor Joe. Statewide, all 39 counties. - Where: https://www.pastorspicks.com/ . The picks are in an image-only digital flipbook (8 page images, "Pastors Pics General 2026 UPDATED 10.23"): https://online.fliphtml5.com/vlmhl/doyw/ (page numbers are shown in each county section below). - Title on the pages: "PastorsPicks.com for November 3, 2026 General Election Statewide By County" (county by county, each county repeats the statewide initiatives and Supreme Court picks). - How Pastor Joe decides: "Is the candidate COMPETENT? Is the candidate CONSERVATIVE? Is the candidate COURAGEOUS?" Note on the site: "Pastor Joe does not claim that every candidate is a Christian or even upholds biblical values, but he believes the candidate is the best choice given the options." - Disclaimers printed in the guide: "These are my personal recommendations. Neither the Church nor the denomination endorse candidates." and "Note: Positions without any recommendation have been omitted from this list." (so silence = no pick published). Pastor Joe says he will update picks as new information appears and urges voters to do their own research. - Provenance note: the flipbook has no machine-readable text. It was transcribed from the page images for this file and cross-checked line by line against Pursuit PAC (see Section 10). Typos in the original (for example "Stokesberry") are normalized; see Appendix A. - The pastorspicks.com site also hosts 11 teaching PDFs from Pastor Joe ("Holy Nation" series, 2024: God's desire; Holy Nation in church history; law and order; private property; work and its rewards; honor father and mother; role of women; foreign policy (war and violence); abortion; poverty; should Christianity influence law). They are teaching material, not recommendations, and are not summarized here. Contact: the site lists Pastor Joe's email (hidden behind email protection). **[PUR] Pursuit PAC (PursuitPAC), "2026 Voter Guide"** - Pursuit GOVT, a ministry of The Pursuit (Kirkland, WA). Statewide, all 39 counties. - Where: https://pursuitunited.org/govt (landing) and https://pursuitunited.org/govt/voter-guide (the guide). Statewide PDF: https://pursuitunited.org/govt/voter-guide/guides/PursuitPAC-2026-WA-State-Voter-Guide.pdf ; one PDF per county (links in each county section). - Page text: "Endorsed candidates and ballot-measure recommendations for the November 3, 2026 General Election." Lists only endorsed candidates and measure recommendations (YES/NO, APPROVE/REJECT). A race it does not list has no Pursuit PAC endorsement. It lists Congressional Districts 1-9 only (no endorsement shown for CD 10). **[KC] King County Republican Party Voters Guide** - King County only (plus statewide judicial races and initiatives). - Where: https://kcgop.org/votersguide/ . Page notes: "Last updated: 9 hours ago" at retrieval; "Not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee." - Method (their words): candidates "may or may not be affiliated with the Republican Party." "'Endorsed' candidates have qualified for a higher level of recommendation." "If a ballot position is missing, it means we didn't feel confident in making a recommendation or didn't have sufficient information." "Candidates listed below were selected as the Best Choice in each race to represent our voters on issues like taxes and public safety." Input came from "our 17 Legislative District Organizations, representing all regions in King County," plus public records, media reports, online presence, and candidate websites and statements. - Labels used here: KC(Endorsed) = "KCGOP ENDORSED" (higher level); KC(Best Choice) = "BEST CHOICE"; "no recommendation" = the party printed "No Recommendation". - It is the only guide that gives written reasons for local measures; those reasons are quoted in Section 8 (King County). - The KC page also has a "Find your ballot" tool (enter a home address to see only your races; the page says the address goes only to King County's district lookup) and a "Print Guide" button. Contact: PO Box 1129, Bellevue, WA 98009; (425) 679-6578. **[WB] We Believe We Vote - "Candidate Alignment 2026, Spokane County General Election"** - Spokane County (plus statewide judicial races and initiatives). - Where: https://webelievewevote.com/voter-guide/ (landing page, "Last updated October 12th, 2026"); printable PDF https://webelievewevote.com/voter-guide-final-nov-2026/ - IMPORTANT: this guide SCORES candidates; it does not simply endorse. "Alignment score (1-100) is based on how well a candidate aligns with a Biblical worldview & Biblical principles. The higher the score, the more aligned they are." "Only contested races are listed." Scores come from the WBWV Ministries' Voter Guide Committee using candidates' websites, social media, endorsements, voting records, news articles, interviews, and criteria from WBWV's Core Values & Position Statements plus qualifications and experience. An asterisk means "Score affected by lack of available information and/or non-response to survey questions." - How WB is treated in this file: WB's HIGHEST-SCORED candidate in a race is counted as WB's pick for agreement purposes, and every score is shown, e.g. WB(90). A high-score winner can still have a low absolute score (example: Supreme Court Pos. 4, Sean O'Donnell 45 vs Ian Birk 23). For initiatives WB gives "Alignment: YES". WB tells voters outside Spokane County to use iVoterGuide (https://ivoterguide.com/) for federal and statewide races. - Paid for by We Believe We Vote Ministries; "Not authorized by any candidate, candidate's committee, or political party." **[FPIW] FPIW Action (Family Policy Institute of Washington Action)** - https://fpiwaction.org/voting-resources/ - FPIW Action publishes NO candidate recommendations of its own. Its voting page is a hub of voter guides and voting tools. Its disclaimer: "FPIW Action does not endorse or oppose any candidate for public office and does not authorize the use of its name in connection with any campaign. Any candidate references, 'picks,' or opinions expressed by individuals or friends are solely their own and do not reflect the views or positions of FPIW Action, its board, or its staff." - The guides it links to are the ones in this file plus iVoterGuide (see Section 10 and Appendix B). There is therefore no FPIW column in the comparisons. **[CLW] Conservative Ladies of Washington** - https://conservativeladiesofwa.com/legislative-action-center/ (described on vote.govcheck.org as "Resources from the CLW legislative action center") - NOT RETRIEVABLE: the site returned HTTP 403 / a Cloudflare "Performing security verification" bot check to every automated request (page, home page, and elections category). No 2026 CLW recommendations are included. Searches also found no 2026 CLW voter guide (older "CLW Picks" PDFs exist for 2022). If CLW has published a 2026 list, open the link above and ask whoever maintains this file to add it. ### TIER 2 - Additional guides linked from the FPIW Action voting page (not listed directly on vote.govcheck.org) **[MRW] Mainstream Republicans of Washington - "Endorsements: 2026 General Election"** - statewide legislative and Congress picks plus selected county/local races. - Where: https://www.washingtonmainstream.org/endorsements-1 (P.O. Box 7531, Olympia, WA 98507). Only the "2026 General Election" list is used; the page also shows "2026 Primary Election" and older cycles, which are ignored. It gives no ballot-measure positions and, among Supreme Court races, endorses only Position 5. - MRW is the guide that most often differs from the faith-based guides (see the Disagreement Register). **[MIKE] Mike's Picks** - "General Election - November 3, 2026, Last Updated September 8, 2026." Spokane-area legislative districts (3, 4, 6, 7, 9), Spokane County, and statewide. - Where: https://online.fliphtml5.com/vlmhl/hvrf/ (2-page flipbook). Disclaimer: "The following list only represents my own research and personal opinion and, as such, I recommend that each of you research each candidate and then form your own conclusion." - Values stated on the guide ("a few of the values that drive Mike's picks"): Biblical truth (policies consistent with Biblical truth); Capitalism (free-market economy); Enforcement (fully fund and support police, fire, WSP, military, ICE, FBI); Family (Biblical family models); Gender ("gender at birth"); Human life (protect all unborn lives); Immigration (encourage legal, discourage illegal immigration and borders); Integrity (high-integrity, courageous candidates); Judicial activism (judges interpret, not make, laws); Limited government (limit size and growth of government and taxes); Religion (defend religious freedom regardless of religion); Second Amendment; Speech (free speech regardless of opinion); US Constitution (strict interpretation). - Omits Supreme Court Position 4 (no pick listed). Says of Spokane County Commissioner District 2: "I'm NOT Voting for Unopposed Amber Waldref" (no candidate recommended). - Its single U.S. House pick (Michael Baumgartner) has no district number printed; it is treated as CD 5, the Spokane-area district where the other guides place him. **[VIC] Vic's Picks - Victor R. Morris, Benton County Republican Precinct Committee Officer** - Benton and Franklin Counties plus statewide. - Where: https://online.fliphtml5.com/vlmhl/VicsPicks-2026-General/ (2-page flipbook, "2026 General Election - Benton and Franklin County"). - Printed note: "These are my personal recommendations only. They are not to be considered endorsements by myself, any political party, organization, or church. They follow guidelines established by the Christian Coalition of Washington and the Family Policy Institute of Washington and are based on conversations with the candidates, candidate forums, candidate websites, the County Voters' Pamphlet, and Public Disclosure Commission reports." Prints "no recommendation" for races it skips. Also covers Court of Appeals Judge Position 1 and four Benton/Franklin local measures. **[ADAM] Pastor Adam's Picks** - Facebook post by Adam James, about 6 days before retrieval (around October 19, 2026). Chelan and Douglas Counties plus selected statewide races. - Where: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1DvgToHvcx/?mibextid=wwXIfr . Closing line: "Vote informed. Research the issues. Pray for our leaders." Marks some candidates "(unopposed)". **[PCR] "2026 Pierce County General Election Recommendations"** - unsigned 5-page flipbook (no author named). Pierce County plus statewide and nearby legislative districts. - Where: https://online.fliphtml5.com/vlmhl/lxdf/ . Self-description: "This list includes recommended candidates - not endorsed. These are 'best choices' in protecting our constitutional government from the progressive policies of Democratic socialists. All politicians will disappoint at some point." And: "We have offered recommendations for the races we have information on the candidate." On Pierce charter amendments: "If you are unsure, VOTE NO/ Reject." On district judges: most run unopposed, "There are no recommendations for those races." ### Guides linked but NOT captured - CLW (above) - blocked by a bot check. - iVoterGuide https://ivoterguide.com/ - address-based, interactive; no static Washington 2026 content could be captured. Its home page describes it as a faith-based guide "focused exclusively on informing and mobilizing voters with biblical values". ### Number of recommendation records captured per guide (individual picks and measure positions, before de-duplication) - PP: 341; PUR: 318; KC: 49; WB: 45; MRW: 73; MIKE: 27; VIC: 44; ADAM: 43; PCR: 39 ## SECTION 3: HOW TO READ THE AGREEMENT LABELS Each contest line is: **Contest**: Recommended choice -- guides that recommend it -- [LABEL] - [AGREE: N guides] = N different guides recommend the same choice and none recommends a different one. - [CONFLICT] = at least two guides recommend different choices. Washington already spends over $20,000 per student - 11th highest nationally - while academic outcomes lag with math standards at 39%. Districts must prioritize academic achievement and resource allocation before asking taxpayers to approve additional bond debt. - **City of Bothell - Proposition 1 (Annexation Into Shoreline Fire Department)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 transfers Bothell's emergency services, equipment, and operating control to Shoreline Fire Department. Relinquishing local control reduces direct accountability to taxpayers. - **City of Clyde Hill - Proposition 1 (Public Safety and Land Use Levy)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 enacts a levy lid lift imposing compounding 3% annual property tax increases for local code improvements. Continuous property tax increases directly drive up housing costs for both homeowners and renters. - **Highline School District No. 401 - Proposition 1 (School Bonds, $595.4 million)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 seeks $595.4 million in general obligation bonds to rebuild and modernize school facilities. Approval of new capital bond debt should be contingent on strict audits of administrative spending, given that administrative budgets have grown while teaching roles face cuts. - **Highline School District No. 401 - Proposition 2 (Technology Levy)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 2 increases local property taxes to fund educational technology and capital upgrades. Raising taxes for technology infrastructure should be secondary to improving core educational standards. - **City of Issaquah - Proposition 1 (Parks and Open Space Bonds)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 authorizes new bonds for parks and open spaces, which are repaid through increased property taxes. Voters are encouraged to reject new tax-funded debt in favor of funding primary municipal responsibilities. - **King County Cemetery District No. 1 (Vashon) - Proposition 1 (Cemetery Services levy)**: NO -- KC -- [SINGLE-SOURCE: KC only] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 establishes a dedicated property tax levy to fund Vashon Cemetery equipment, land expansion, and facility upgrades. While state regulations drive up operating costs, property taxpayers should scrutinize expanding special district tax mandates. - **City of Kenmore - Proposition 1 (Climate, Housing, and Human Services Levy)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: This levy increases property taxes to fund local climate and human services programs. Taxpayers should oppose expanding property tax levies for programs outside core municipal functions. - **Kent School District No. 415 - Proposition 1 (Operations Levy)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 renews an expiring operational levy that impacts local property taxes. School districts should demonstrate curriculum transparency, improved academic performance, and spending controls before extending tax levies. - **City of Lake Forest Park - Proposition 1 (Public Safety Levy Lid Lift)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 is a levy lid lift that increases local property taxes to cover public safety spending shortfalls. Essential services should be funded by auditing current expenditures and eliminating government waste rather than increasing tax rates. - **City of Milton - Proposition 1 (Additional Sales and Use Tax)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 imposes an additional sales and use tax for police services while requiring a portion of the tax revenue be sent to the county. Municipalities should maintain direct local fiscal accountability before introducing broad sales tax hikes. - **City of SeaTac - Proposition 1 (Fire Prevention and Criminal Justice Tax)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: This proposition implements a sales and use tax that bundles fire and police funding with spending on unrelated projects like open spaces, an international plaza, and culture. Essential public safety services should be funded directly through existing revenue without being tied to non-essential civic expenditures. - **City of Seattle - Proposition 1 (Seattle Transit Measure)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 requests additional tax funding to expand support for the municipal transit system. Regional transit agencies continue to face low ridership and a lack of operational accountability. Taxpayers should insist on demonstrated fiscal transparency and performance efficiency before approving further funding extensions. - **City of Shoreline - Proposition 1 (Metropolitan Park District)**: NO -- PUR, KC -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - KC's stated reason: Proposition 1 creates a Metropolitan Park District, establishing a separate, new taxing authority with independent levying power. Adding extra layers of government increases overhead costs and leads to compounding property tax hikes. ### COUNTY: Kitsap County - Statewide contests here (all guides that took a position agree): Initiatives IP26-645 YES, IL26-001 YES, IL26-638 YES; Supreme Court Pos. 1 Scott Edwards, Pos. 3 David Stevens, Pos. 4 Sean O'Donnell, Pos. 5 Dave Larson, Pos. 7 Todd A. Statewide initiatives, Supreme Court, and Congress have NO conflicts: every guide that made a pick chose the same candidate or vote. - **LD 4 State Representative Pos. 1**: [CONFLICT - guides recommend different choices] - Hillary Q. Pham -- PP, PUR, WB(90) - Trent Maier -- MRW, MIKE - WB also scored: Trent Maier 68 (not WB's top score) - **Chelan County - Sheriff**: [CONFLICT - guides recommend different choices] - Mike Morrison -- PP, PUR - Stan Langlow -- ADAM - **Franklin County - Assessor**: [CONFLICT - guides recommend different choices] - Chris Hollingsworth -- MRW - John A. Addams -- MRW - WB also scored: Michael R. Addams 80 (not WB's top score) - Note (MRW): MRW does not state the position; matched to Position 4 because that is where We Believe We Vote lists Addams - **Yakima County - Assessor**: [CONFLICT - guides recommend different choices] - Keith Elfer -- PP, PUR - Jacob Tate -- MRW - **Yakima County - Prosecuting Attorney**: [CONFLICT - guides recommend different choices] - Tyler Haueter -- PP, PUR - Quinn Dalan -- MRW ### 9.B Internal inconsistencies and label discrepancies (a guide disagrees with itself, or two guides use different seat numbers for the same person) - Legislative District 2 - State Representative Pos. 1: PP names more than one person: Andrew Barkis (in its Pierce County section) vs Matt Marshall (in its Thurston County section). Picks agreed by the guides: Andrew Barkis (PP, PUR, MRW, PCR). - Legislative District 2 - State Representative Pos. 2: PP names more than one person: Matt Marshall (in its Pierce County section) vs Andrew Barkis (in its Thurston County section). Picks agreed by the guides: Matt Marshall (PP, PUR, PCR). - Cowlitz County - Superior Court Judge Dept./Pos. 4: MRW names more than one person: Jacob Lervold (in its Cowlitz County section) vs Jill Karmy (in its Cowlitz County section). Picks agreed by the guides: none. - LD 34 seat-number discrepancy between guides: Mary Anito is placed in different seats -> PP: Pos. 2 (King County section); PUR: Pos. 1 (King County section). (KC prints "No Recommendation" for LD 34 Pos. 2 and lists no Pos. 1 pick; check the seat on your ballot.) - PP prints "LD17 Rep. Pos. 2 David Stuebe" under Klickitat and Skamania Counties but omits it under Clark County (PUR lists it under Clark; PP's omission looks like a gap, not a different view). - PP prints Grays Harbor County Assessor as "Dan Lindgren" followed on the next line by "Or... Anson Bartrand" (an alternate); PUR lists only Dan Lindgren. - PP prints "County Commissioner Dist" with no district number for Kittitas, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties (PUR also gives no district number for those counties). - MRW's note: Cowlitz Superior Court Dept. 4 lists two names (Jacob Lervold and Jill Karmy); its 2026 Primary list shows only Jill Karmy. ### 9.C 'No recommendation' gaps: one guide declined explicitly while others made picks, or a guide skipped a seat others filled - **CD 1 U.S. Representative**: Mary Silva -- PP, PUR -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - No recommendation from: KC - **LD 34 State Representative Pos. 2**: Mary Anito -- PP -- [SINGLE-SOURCE: PP only] - No recommendation from: KC - **LD 41 State Representative Pos. 1**: Elle Nguyen -- PP, PUR -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - No recommendation from: KC - **LD 48 State Representative Pos. 2**: Amy Walen -- PP, PUR -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - No recommendation from: KC - **CD 10 U.S. Representative**: Chris Chung -- PP -- [SINGLE-SOURCE: PP only] - No recommendation from: PCR - **King County - District Court - Northeast Electoral District Judge Pos. 1**: Bianca Tse -- PUR -- [SINGLE-SOURCE: PUR only] - No recommendation from: KC - **King County - District Court - Southeast Electoral District Judge Pos. 5**: Heather Barker -- PUR, MRW -- [AGREE: 2 guides] - No recommendation from: KC - Mike's Picks gives no Supreme Court Position 4 pick (others: Sean O'Donnell). MRW endorses only Supreme Court Position 5 (Dave Larson) and publishes no initiative positions. - PUR publishes no Congressional District 10 endorsement; PP picks Chris Chung (Pierce and Thurston sections) and the Pierce County list says "No Recommendation". ## SECTION 10: COVERAGE GAPS AND LIMITATIONS - Only guides listed on vote.govcheck.org and guides linked from the FPIW Action page were used. CLW (blocked) and iVoterGuide (interactive) are missing. - Pastor's Picks and the Pierce County list (PCR) and Mike's / Vic's Picks are image PDFs/flipbooks. They were read from page images and transcribed. PP's transcription was cross-checked against Pursuit PAC: wherever both guides list the same race in the same county the names match; the differences are real coverage differences (for example PP lists LD 20 under Cowlitz, Lewis and Thurston, LD 31 under Pierce, LD 9 under Adams, LD 7 under Douglas, and extra county offices; Pursuit lists Clark LD 17 Pos. 2, Spokane Commissioner/Treasurer/Assessor/Sheriff, Pierce District Court Pos. 8, King District Court picks, Snohomish PUD and charter measures). - Pursuit PAC data was parsed from the guide page text and verified against its statewide PDF (every name found). - Local city, school-district and fire-district measures are covered only where a guide lists them: King County (KC, PUR), Snohomish and Pierce charter measures (PUR, PCR), Spokane (Central Valley, PUR), Benton/Franklin (VIC), Chelan (ADAM). All other counties show no local-measure recommendations because no guide in this file gave any. - County/district assignment is taken from how guides list districts under counties (no official district-to-county crosswalk was used). - Counties with no county-level (non-legislative) recommendations in any guide: Clallam, Ferry, Klickitat, San Juan, Skamania, Stevens, Whatcom, Whitman. - All guides here are conservative / Republican-aligned / faith-based. Seats where only Democratic-aligned or nonpartisan sources would have different views are not represented. - Check the voters' pamphlet and your actual ballot: guides print candidate names and positions from before ballots were finalized, and some list unopposed candidates. ## APPENDIX A: NAME SPELLING VARIANTS People whose name is printed differently by different guides (differences beyond punctuation and middle initials).
